The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying U.S.-based clients, managing leads, and closing deals that align with Mechlin’s growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Prospect U.S.-based clients through LinkedIn, cold email, and referrals. Set up discovery calls and qualify leads based on business needs and budget. Prepare and deliver service presentations, proposals, and estimates. Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams. Maintain sales pipeline in CRM and report weekly activities. Follow-up persistently on leads and ensure timely communication. Participate in weekly reviews with the CEO and Sales Lead. Upsell to existing clients and maintain strong long-term relationships. Requirements: 5-8 years of sales experience in IT services, preferably with U.S. clients. Excellent spoken and written English. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM. Knowledge of SDLC, SaaS, E-commerce, QA, or AI/ML services is a plus. Ability to work U.S. time zones (partially or fully).
