Job Description

Design, develop, and test mechatronic systems, including hardware and software components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and implement algorithms for real-time control systems.
Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing systems.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in mechatronics.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in mechatronics, robotics, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and MATLAB.
Experience with robotic operating systems such as ROS.
Knowledge of computer vision, machine learning, and sensor fusion.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Expert-level programming skills in C++ and Python, with a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Extensive hands-on experience with ROS2 in complex or commercial projects.
Proven track record of developing and deploying large-scale robotics software from the ground up.
Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems and experience with modern software development workflows.
Experience with robotic hardware design and end effector application development.
Proficient in MCAD model creations.
Experience with the MoveIt framework.
Familiarity with simulation environment like Gazebo or Isaac Sim.
A track record of publications in top-tier robotics or computer vision conferences (e.g., ICRA, IROS, RSS, CVPR) is a plus.
Knowledge of URscript and Experience with Behavior tree is a plus.
