Stay available for telephonic or video support to address post-commissioning issues or provide guidance during maintenance. Create detailed technical documentation, including operation manuals, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting guides, for the developed application. Perform a formal handover of the project to the customer, ensuring all documentation and manuals are provided, and offering a comprehensive explanation of system functionality. Conduct formal training sessions for customers on the operation of PLC and HMI systems, focusing on system logic, fault diagnosis, and maintenance procedures. Train internal teams (including production, maintenance, and engineering departments) on HMI and PLC programming to ensure they can provide ongoing support.
