This individual will play a key role in scaling our sales efforts across multiple high-tech industries, including aerospace, automotive, healthcare, and defense. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with a proven track record of B2B technology sales, capable of driving complex solution-based selling, cultivating long-term client partnerships, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Development: Identify and capture new business opportunities in the 3D printing sector across various industries, with a focus on high-value enterprise clients. Sales Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a strong focus on 3D printing, additive manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing solutions. Deep understanding of 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS, etc.), materials, and their industry applications. Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events and expos. Implement new departmental systems in conjunction with the Quality Head and train staff in effective use. Work with other departments to ensure overall performance is consistent Provide consultancy and expertise across the various departments relating to quality control and quality management.
