Mechatronics Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Design, integrate, and test mechatronic systems with mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems.
  
• Develop and tune motor/servo control systems (BLDC, servo motors, encoders, IMUs).
  
• Work on embedded programming (C/C++/microcontrollers) and implement communication protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, IC).
  
• Collaborate with R&D teams to design and improve new products and systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
  
• Support the integration and testing of RCS and gimbal-based stabilization systems.
  

R&D and Prototyping

• Lead or support prototyping efforts for mechatronic systems.
  
• Perform simulations and analyses to validate design parameters.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering challenges during design, prototyping, and testing phases.
  

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, electronics, QA).
  
• Present technical findings, project progress, and test results to internal stakeholders and clients.
  

Component Selection & Sourcing

• Identify, evaluate, and source components ensuring technical suitability, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance.
  
• Ensure component compatibility for final product integration.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field.
  
• 2-3 years experience in mechatronics, robotics, automation or gimbal-based systems.
  
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, robotics, and control systems.
  
• Hands-on experience in

  motor control, PID control theory, actuator/sensor integration

  , and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and embedded hardware/software development.
  
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to RCWS, robotics, or related automation systems.
  
• Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automation.
  
• Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  
• Experience with stabilization mechanisms and advanced control strategies.
