The Quality Assurance Lead at Legero Lighting will play a crucial role in enhancing and leading quality systems within LED lighting and electronics manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include implementing and controlling SOPs, conducting workflow audits, analyzing product quality trends, assessing and onboarding vendors, and ensuring documentation and compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing SOPs across various operations, driving training and audit programs for process compliance, and leading initiatives for workflow improvements. Additionally, you will work on analyzing quality trends, collaborating with R&D and engineering teams for product reliability enhancements, and evaluating vendors for quality, reliability, and compliance. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7-10 years of experience in quality roles within electronics or LED lighting manufacturing, expertise in SMT, MI, mechanical workshops, and FG assembly QA/QC processes, proven leadership in SOP creation, audits, CAPA, and process optimization. Strong knowledge of quality management tools like FMEA, RCA, and 8D, as well as experience in vendor audits and outsourced manufacturing quality control, will be essential. Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and an engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics are preferred.
