Mechanical Turret Operator

Roles / Responsibilities

· Operate and set up turret punching machines for sheet metal fabrication.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.

· Carry out punching, bending, forming, and cutting operations as per design.

· Ensure proper dimensions, tolerances, and finishing of fabricated parts.

· Maintain machines, perform routine checks, and report any malfunctions.

· Work closely with the design and assembly teams to meet production requirements.

· Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

· Keep records of daily production and report to the supervisor.

Skills/Knowledge:

· ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist trade.

· 1–4 years of experience operating turret punching/press machines (preferably in control panel / sheet metal fabrication industry).

· Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

· Knowledge of tools, dies, and gauges used in turret operations.

· Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication processes.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
