Mechanical Technical Lead Engineer

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review NSR submissions for completeness, accuracy, and technical feasibility; coordinate with requestors to clarify requirements.
• Approve/Reject NSR on Change Tracking Log (CTL) for each FCID via SAP CRM.
• Collaborate with accounts team and product management to validate Customer Request Dates (CRD).
• Project manage NSRs based on Sales and Engineering requirements to meet customer applications.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and software engineering efforts to meet production and customer requirements.
• Execute NSRs by performing required design work and updating Bill of Materials (BoM).
• Reduce redundant NSRs by working with PMs, Engineering, and other teams to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with NSR KPIs and enhance clarity of initial customer requests.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in CAD tools: UGNX, AutoCAD, and CREO
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and design principles
• Experience with SAP CRM for Change Tracking and project documentation
• Project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage customer requirements and deliver engineering solutions within timelines

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, OR
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
