Mechanical Supervisors

We are seeking a group of professional and driven Technical Sales Engineers and Mechanical Engineers to join our industrial business that has been trustworthy and sturdy since 2007.

We have worked with many major companies both Indian and International, some of which include Godrej, Asian Paints and many more.

This role demands a dynamic individual comfortable with shifting schedules and — Travelling within and out of India — hands-on experience with mechanical factory equipments, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving customer problems through tailored product solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote our products and services.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions using our industrial pump and equipment range.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, pumping systems, or industrial process equipment (Required).
• Proficient in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
• Own vehicle preferred (travel expenses reimbursed).
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently (Required).

Job Types: Permanent, Internship, Volunteer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

• Mechanical assembly: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
