We are hiring a Mechanical Shift In-Charge to supervise maintenance activities and lead the shift team. The candidate must be technically strong and capable of ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle & supervise mechanical maintenance activities during shift
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance
• Attend breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum downtime
• Guide, monitor and support the maintenance team
• Maintain logs, checklists and reporting to seniors

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (industry preferred)
• Ability to lead shift manpower and coordinate with production
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety awareness
• Nearby / local candidates preferred
