Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with Strong knowledge of mechanical

maintenance and experience in maintenance of CNC Machines & CNC machining centres that

include machines for Turning, Milling, Cutting, Bandsaw Cutting, Surface Grinding. The ideal

candidate should have a strong Knowledge and background in CNC Turning Centres and its

Mechanical Maintenance, to ensure all CNC machines are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, adjustments and troubleshooting
• of CNC machines, Machining Centers, include machines for Turning, Milling, Bending,
• Punching, Cutting, Bandsaw Cutting, Surface Grinding.
• • Perform Machine & Spindle alignments for CNC Machines as and when required
• • Maintain Repair and replacement of defective components and parts to ensure smooth
• operations.
• • Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal
• disruption to operations.
• • Assist in the installation and setup of new CNC machines.
• • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical / electrical issues in CNC equipment / Machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies along with
• accurate documentation 
• Key Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI
• Mechanist, with Minimum 5 10 years of experience. Having hands-on experience with of CNC
• machines, Machining Centers, include for Turning, Milling, Cutting, Bandsaw Cutting, Surface
• Grinding. Should have Knowledge of replacing spindles,  bearings, Tools & Holders, other
• required spares and consumables. A Candidate with CNC Machine Operations, Programming
• knowledge will be an added advantage
