Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Operator, your role involves the installation and up-keeping of all production and factory-related equipment, ensuring the availability of fixtures and spare parts. You will be responsible for implementing modern tools such as TPM and providing training and guidance to subordinates as part of your regular routine. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising break down maintenance, fixture predictive maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities. - Correctly diagnosing equipment and fixture malfunctions, maintaining repair logs, generating call out reports, and ordering parts/materials for repair and maintenance. - Making decisions regarding appropriate remedial actions to ensure smooth functioning of equipment and fixtures. Your main function will be to perform maintenance activities, focusing on the machines and equipment fixtures within the production and factory setup. Qualifications Required: - Education: Engineering diploma in mechanical, automobile, tool & die, or mechatronics. - Experience: 3-5 years of maintenance experience, demonstrating proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and other mechanical maintenance tasks.
