Job Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in
plant maintenance of Special Purpose Machines (SPM), automatic machines, and automatic assembly lines
.
Attend and resolve
machine breakdowns
during running plant shifts, ensuring minimum downtime.
Perform
preventive and corrective maintenance
of machines (SPM / assembly machines / automation systems).
Ability to
work in rotational shifts
and independently handle breakdowns on the shop floor.
Conduct
shop floor activities
related to machine maintenance.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of
pneumatic systems
(air cylinders, valves, etc.).
Strong knowledge of
mechanical systems
and their upkeep.
Record and analyze breakdown data (MTTR / MTBF), prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
Use
MS Office, SAP system
for breakdown entry, maintenance records, and reporting.
Support
industrial automation
activities for machine efficiency and uptime improvement.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of
machine maintenance
(SPM, assembly lines, automation machines).
Strong hands-on experience with
pneumatic & mechanical systems
.
Ability to manage
shift operations independently
.
Proficiency in
MS Office / SAP
for maintenance reporting and analysis.
Understanding of
MTTR, MTBF analysis
and machine performance tracking.
Exposure to
industrial automation
preferred.
