As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to complaints, evaluating and resolving customer problems related to products such as Chain Pulley, Hoists, Cranes, and Lifts. Your responsibilities will include installing equipment, providing customer training, and performing repairs, tests, and maintenance work. To excel in this role, you should possess an associate's degree in engineering or a related field. Strong active listening and customer service skills are essential, along with a solid work ethic and a growth mindset. Service engineers work within our factory premises, demonstrating the ability to work independently without direct supervision. Regular travel is a common aspect of this position, as service engineers are often required to conduct in-house or off-site maintenance procedures. Travel expenses, accommodation, and meals are reimbursed accordingly. This is a full-time and permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and commuter assistance. The work schedule typically follows a day shift from Monday to Friday, with the added incentive of a yearly bonus. We are seeking candidates with experience in repairing, maintaining, and erecting mechanical machines or equipment.
