Ensure fitness of lifting jigs and fixtures 3 Resource Management 1.Monitor plan vs actual for availablity of cranes and equipments, contractors labours, tools and tackels. 2.Monitor productivity of contract labour, utilization of crane and adherance to efficiancy norms and take actions to improve. 3.Ensure quality and availablity of contractor material 4.PLan and execute class room training & skill card distribution to maintain and improve Contractor quality 5.Conduct Contractor Assesment and provide rating based on pre-defined guidelines. 6.Provide reconcilation of material issued to site location. 7.Monitor the norms for all work cost items. 4 Lead implementation of HSE practices 1.
