Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Ensure all maintenance activities are fulfilled in minimal time to least affect the production process. General Administration Support the GM Mechanical in representing the Mechanical maintenance subdepartment in the Daily Review Meetings (DRMs), CRM, TOC, MAT, and SCM events and present the relevant performance and utilization reports for trends analysis, identification of areas of improvement and respond to all inquiries with appropriate documentation. Lead a team of technicians, and operators to fulfill all mechanical maintenance activities for all FAU furnaces, ancillary units, machinery, and equipment, covering the work order receipt, approval, manpower deployment, and closure validation, shift schedule creation and manpower utilization tracking, maintenance equipment & material procurement and storage, and appropriate documentation and reporting of all activities performed. Work closely with the Operations Excellence team and validate the execution of all shift maintenance activities as well as adherence to regulatory safety compliances & departmental SOPs. Document all maintenance activities related performance indicators and collate the same for subsequent data analysis by the Operations Excellence (OpEx) team. Support the OpEx team with data driven identification of scope for process and/or methodology improvement, cost reduction and cost control.
