Roles & Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in EV 2W & 3W vehicles. Perform routine maintenance (brake checks, suspension, hub motor, etc.). Work on battery systems, BMS, controllers, converters, chargers, and wiring harnesses. Calibrate and configure components such as throttle, display, sensors, etc. Carry out battery health checks and replacement when necessary. Update service records, job cards, and feedback in the system. Perform on-site breakdown service (if required). Ensure tools and diagnostic equipment are maintained properly. Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in the workshop. Coordinate with the service manager or customer support for technical issues. Support PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and retrofitting tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering. 1 3 years of experience in EV or automotive service (2W/3W preferred). Knowledge of EV powertrain components (battery, motor, controller, etc.). Basic understanding of CAN-based diagnostic tools (preferred). Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical manuals. Good communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to work in field service conditions.
