As a Technical Workplace Ambassador at Work Dynamics, you will be responsible for overcoming engineering challenges and ensuring excellence in preventive maintenance programs and conservation practices. Working closely with the chief engineer, you will monitor M&E projects, uphold quality standards, and ensure timely delivery. Providing complete and accurate facility management reports will be a key aspect of your role. Your role will also involve providing comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services to clients. You will contribute to achieving financial targets, meeting performance indicators, and fulfilling service level agreements set by the senior facilities manager. Utilizing your engineering expertise, you will manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations, civil maintenance, and prepare critical spares lists based on manufacturers" recommendations. Planning maintenance inventory, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the upkeep of logbooks, checklists, and schedules will be essential tasks to prevent breakdowns and maintain operational efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a technical background. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, or commercial real estate is preferred. Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality are essential. You should be adept at managing multiple priorities, working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Being highly collaborative, adaptable to new technologies, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possessing strong organizational and time management skills are crucial for success in this role as a Technical Workplace Ambassador at Work Dynamics.,

Role & responsibilities Creation of purchase request and material inventory. Attending the breakdowns related to chillers, AHUs, scrubbers, air compressors & Refrigerators. Planning & Execution of Validation activities of supply air & exhaust air in HRC & IKP. Maintenance planning and supervision for pumps/blowers/scrubbers/piping and plumbing activities. Responsible for Documentation and training. Assist with the project management of all related building changes and expansions, including any modifications/improvements to building systems. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Works scheduling & execution Handling of mechanical installations with proper safety. Modification of Site drawings & Planning and designing of new projects in AUTOCAD software. Planning & execution of facility related works -building water tanks & scrubber tank cleaning. Preparation of BOQ for new projects / modification projects. Comply monthly audit points. Planning & Execution of painting activities for fume hoods & walls & lab furniture. Following safety and environment rules in the site/plant. Any other engineering services related activity assigned by the supervisor. Monthly water & outside bore water Bills Cross checking & finalizing. Trainings to the vendors towards safety work. Planning & scheduling the repairing activities inhouse which minimize the services of outside contractors. Spare part inventory management and planning and execution of repairing and maintenance activity with the approved budget Plan and execute week end works with proper safety. Train the technicians to use proper PPE Energy conservation like power management (Electricity). Having specialization skill & experience in Baggage handling system (BHS) in any large industry/organization. Also, having experience in one or more of the Mechanical Airport installations such as Passenger Boarding Bridges, Elevators & Escalators, Travelator (VHT) , Fire Protection System, Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning etgc. Co-ordination & Involving in both T1 & T2 Mechanical Maintenance activities. Contract management of Mechanical Installations like HVAC, FFS, BHS, PBB & VHT Ensure serviceability of all Mechanical Installations as per Contract agreement including HVAC, FFS, VHT, PBB & BHS Co-ordination with the Project team/EPC/Design Team for any DLP & other additional improvement activities on Mechanical Installations. Effective Implementation of IMS (QMS, EnMS, EMS etc) Ensure that suitable Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Plans are developed and implemented on Mechanical Installations Ensure that the Maintenance plan is fully documented and uploaded into SAP, ePalm.
