As a Technical Workplace Ambassador at Work Dynamics, you will be responsible for overcoming engineering challenges and ensuring excellence in preventive maintenance programs and conservation practices. Working closely with the chief engineer, you will monitor M&E projects, uphold quality standards, and ensure timely delivery. Providing complete and accurate facility management reports will be a key aspect of your role. Your role will also involve providing comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services to clients. You will contribute to achieving financial targets, meeting performance indicators, and fulfilling service level agreements set by the senior facilities manager. Utilizing your engineering expertise, you will manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations, civil maintenance, and prepare critical spares lists based on manufacturers" recommendations. Planning maintenance inventory, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the upkeep of logbooks, checklists, and schedules will be essential tasks to prevent breakdowns and maintain operational efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a technical background. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, or commercial real estate is preferred. Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality are essential. You should be adept at managing multiple priorities, working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
