Job Description

You will be responsible for fabricating sheet metal components for clean room panels, AHU casings, ducting, and filter frames using tools like laser cutters, CNC punch presses, and press brakes with precision to meet tight tolerances. Additionally, you will assemble double-skin panels and thermal/non-thermal break profiles for AHUs, ensuring airtight seals to prevent contamination. - Fabricate sheet metal components (e.g., stainless steel 304/316, aluminum, galvanized steel) for clean room panels, AHU casings, ducting, and filter frames - Use tools such as laser cutters, CNC punch presses, and press brakes to cut, bend, and shape sheet metal - Assemble double-skin panels with PUF/EPS insulation and thermal/non-thermal break profiles for AHUs - Ensure precision and tight tolerances as low as 0.1 mm in fabrication work - Join parts using welding (TIG/MIG), riveting, or bolting techniques - Ensure airtight seals in assembled components to prevent contamination Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sheet metal fabrication and assembly - Familiarity with tools such as laser cutters, CNC punch presses, and press brakes - Proficiency in welding techniques (TIG/MIG) and other joining methods - Knowledge of industry-specific contexts like clean room products and HVAC AHU manufacturing,
