Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Engineering Responsibilities

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Handling

  crushers, conveyors, kilns, mills, pumps, compressors, and gearboxes

• Supervision of Mechanical Fabrication works

  as per approved drawings and specifications

• Erection and installation of structural steel, mechanical equipment, pipelines, and supports

• Alignment, commissioning, and shutdown activities
• Coordination with

  fabrication vendors and erection contractors

• Ensure

  quality control, measurements, alignment, and safety compliance

  during fabrication and erection
• Prepare maintenance schedules, work progress reports, and shutdown reports
• Vendor coordination and spare parts management
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms

Electrical Engineering Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of

  HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets

• Handling

  motors, MCC panels, VFDs, switchgear, and power distribution systems

• Electrical fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Load management and energy efficiency monitoring
• Maintain electrical drawings, logs, and compliance records
• Ensure electrical safety and statutory compliance

Common Responsibilities

• Coordination with production, maintenance, and site teams
• Adherence to safety, quality, and statutory regulations
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports
• Support plant shutdowns, audits, and inspections
• Supervision and training of technicians and contract manpower

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma

  in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in

  Cement / Iron & Steel / Mining industries preferred

• Strong troubleshooting,

  fabrication & erection

  , and maintenance knowledge
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards
• Willingness to work at

  site / plant locations
