Verify all mech works are executed according to project specifications, drawings, and as per quality standards. 3. Tracking daily progress of work, reporting on deviations from the schedule, and implementing corrective actions. 4. Ensuring proper documentation of all site activities, including daily reports, 5. providing technical guidance and support to the construction team, resolving any technical issues that arise during the execution phase.
