Able to perform and interpret engineering calculation and simulation Thorough understanding of manufacturing process is required. The Sr Quality Engineer will be an integral part of the design and development of combination products, providing quality oversight of the processes and deliverables generated throughout development and commercialization. In addition, this role will also support various aspects of the product lifecycle including complaint investigations, expansion and transfer of products to new manufacturing sites, inspection readiness activities, and platform support and improvements. What this job involves - Support the Assistant Manager Engineering/ Engineering Manager in managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility. Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams. Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment. Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations. Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns. Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time. Ensure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client. Assume AFM responsibilities if need arises. Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters. Daily Walk around of the Facility Performance objectives Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Operation Manager. Effective management of the team Key skills Responsible for daily reporting on M & E to the Assistant Engineering Manager/ Engineering Manager.
