Key Responsibilities:

Teach core Mechanical Engineering subjects to students (Diploma / Degree level).
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstration modules.
Conduct classroom sessions, labs, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Ensure students understanding of concepts such as Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Manufacturing Processes, etc.
Guide students in projects, assignments, and exam preparation.
Monitor student performance and maintain academic records.
Support academic activities such as workshops, seminars, and industrial visits.
Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of core Mechanical Engineering subjects.
Good teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
Hands-on experience with lab equipment preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PPTs, Online classes).

Additional Requirements:

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to work in a team with other faculty members.
Flexible to handle classroom and practical sessions.
