Job Description

Maintain part designs and drawings using design tools including
SolidWorks, AutoCad, Creo,
and others.
Provide technical inputs and support on design and development activities for procurement and other development processes.
Provide inputs / clarifications on design to suppliers for raw materials, machine parts, components.
Prepare drawing / 3 D model as appropriate based on project requirements.
This includes improvement, problem solving, design verification and coordination with various CFT for subsequent implementation.
Maintain and align
ball screws, linear guides, timing belts, chains, and couplings.
Troubleshoot
pneumatic circuits
(cylinders, solenoid valves, sensors, pressure regulators, FRLs).
Assist in troubleshooting of
servo motors, encoders, and sensors
from a mechanical perspective.
Participate in
debugging and cycle time optimization.
Analyse recurring failures and implement
root cause analysis (RCA).
Assist in
robotic systems maintenance
(robot arms, safety interlocks).
Maintain maintenance checklists, SOPs.
Basic understanding of
PLC I/O, sensors
