Job Description

Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
electro-mechanical components and assemblies
using
Siemens NX CAD
.
Perform simulations and validations using
ASM
to ensure design integrity and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration.
Create and manage detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation.
Apply
engineering design principles
and
CAE tools
to optimize product performance and manufacturability.
Support design reviews, prototyping, and testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
5-8 years of experience in
electro-mechanical design
and
CAD modeling
.
Proficiency in
NX CAD
and
ASM (Advanced Simulation Module)
.
Strong understanding of
mechanical design
,
tolerance analysis
, and
material selection
.
Experience with
computer-aided engineering (CAE)
tools and simulation techniques.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in
aerospace
,
automotive
, or
industrial equipment
design.
Familiarity with
PLM systems
and
design for manufacturability (DFM)
.
Knowledge of
electrical harness routing
and
system-level integration
.
