The job requires you to monitor projects from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules and monitoring project health. You will be responsible for managing project tracker, project technical metrics, and customer KPI. You need to coordinate with Customer SPCs on workflows and conduct progress review meetings. Additionally, you will mentor/train your team on technical and non-technical skills and aspects. Adherence and compliance to the QuEST project management system is crucial. You will also provide operational support to hiring and development activities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in handling multiple projects concurrently with at least 4-5 years of prior experience as a Project Leader. Experience in the Mechanical Domain is desired. Strong skills in process management, project management, stakeholder management, requirement management, and team handling are essential. You will be expected to provide hands-on guidance to project teams to steer projects forward technically, and have hands-on experience in Project Management Tools for scheduling, tracking, employee engagement, and metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for effective collaboration. You should have the ability to understand and make decisions on technical proposals, quickly adapt to new technologies, and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and interpretation skills. Being self-motivated, with good verbal and written communication skills, as well as being self-driven and proactive, will contribute to your success in this role.,
