Design industrial machines, structures, and components using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, TEKLA,Creo, etc.).
- Perform engineering calculations, strength analysis, and FEA simulations.- Select appropriate materials and ensure manufacturability for welding, machining, and fabrication processes.- Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to develop cost-effective and high-performance designs.- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation as per industry standards (ASME, ISO, DIN, etc.).- Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of design-related issues.
Skills: Proficiency in CAD software,Solidworks,TEKLA, GD&T, FEA analysis, problem-solving, and teamwork.
