• Create and develop detailed mechanical designs with a focus on structural
integrity, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and specifications.
• Perform comprehensive structural analysis and hand calculations to validate
the performance and safety of designs under various loading conditions.
• Strong understanding of materials science and strength of materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Electrical engineers,
Manufacturing engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs into final
products.
• Prepare Detailed engineering documentation, including detailed drawings,
analysis reports and technical specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices to
continuously enhance design process and product offerings.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations and safety
protocols
• Must apply practical design considerations and utilize technical knowledge to
achieve design objectives relative to manufacturability, cost, quality and
durability.
• BE Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to produce both concept and Detailed design using CREO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complex
calculations and simulations.
• Strong knowledge in welding symbols and Standards API, ASME, ISA, ANSI
& DIN
• Strong knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Good communication, organizational, teaming and analytical skills are a must.
