Mechanical BIM Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead BIM modeling and coordination for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing). Manage project timelines, team deliverables, and BIM standards. Conduct clash detection and produce coordination reports using Navisworks. Collaborate with architects, structural, and electrical disciplines. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in BIM (MEP) with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of international codes and MEP coordination practices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
