Job Title: Business Development Manager (Commission-Based) Company: Mecanica Cranes Location: Remote / Pan-India Job Type: Commission Only About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in the industrial machinery or crane sector. Your primary goal will be to generate new B2B clients for our range of EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Jib Cranes, and hoisting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and engage with key decision-makers in manufacturing, infrastructure, and warehousing sectors. Understand client requirements and propose technical solutions involving cranes and material handling equipment. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to final order closure. Required Experience & Skills: 3+ years of proven sales experience in capital equipment, industrial cranes, or project sales. Technical understanding of crane types (EOT, Gantry, Jib), specifications, and industry standards. Existing network in relevant industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
