We are seeking a proactive and technically competent Sales Engineer to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or chemical engineeringor a science graduate with extensive sales experience—and must be skilled in selling a wide range of industrial and engineering products. Candidates from trading, dealer, or distributor companies are preferred. Products Handled: Pump, Fittings, Compressor, Bearing, Cooling Tower, Heat Exchanger, Valve, Filter, Tools, Hand Tools, Measuring Equipment, Chiller, Industrial Lubricants, Industrial Chemicals. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate new business leads for assigned products. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions. Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product availability and delivery. Achieve assigned sales targets and report regularly on market activity and progress. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product innovations. Key Requirements: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering OR B.Sc. with minimum 5 years of sales experience. 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales of industrial/engineering products. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain technical products effectively. Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Preference will be given to candidates from trading, dealer, or distributor backgrounds.
