You will be responsible for the successful execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services on commercial projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a detailed understanding of the contract documents, phasing plans, MEP systems, construction sequencing, and project schedule. - Facilitating and resolving problems that may arise between MEP subcontractors during construction. - Validating design issues related to MEP and proposing alternative solutions. Assisting in the receipt and review of MEP submittals. - Logging and documenting all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings. - Assisting in scoping review, budgeting, and justifying MEP change work orders. - Assisting in the installation of MEP work and overseeing the activities of MEP subcontractors. - Coordinating and managing MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings. - Collaborating with MEP supervisory engineers, inspectors, and other relevant staff. - Ensuring that MEP subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation and records. - Assisting in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment, as well as checking measurements and billing of MEP works. To qualify for this position, you should have a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a Diploma in Engineering, with 4-6 years or more of relevant experience in MEP for commercial projects. You should possess detailed engineering knowledge with experience in design, engineering, and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services. This position is based in Mumbai and requires candidates who can join immediately or within a 15-day notice period. The job type is full-time with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. You should be willing to travel to multiple sites as per business requirements.,
