Measurement & Report Analyst

As a Measurement & Report Analyst at Accenture, your role will involve providing reporting and analytical insights to support the Client Services Group. You will standardize and automate operational and performance metrics and reporting, building dashboards, and solving analytical problems. Your responsibilities will include developing business intelligence reporting, historical data trend analysis, and visualizations for the Individual Client Solutions production teams. You will work with a combination of database and web technologies to deliver web-based self-service interfaces and partner with business areas to define critical reporting needs. Additionally, you will design and execute data extract/transform/load (ETL) scripts, provide support for development and infrastructure issues surrounding reporting platforms, and prioritize the development, maintenance, and support of multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business intelligence reporting for the Individual Client Solutions production teams and supporting areas, including historical data trend analysis and visualizations - Partner with business areas to define critical reporting needs and provide guidance regarding data availability - Design and execute data extract/transform/load (ETL) scripts and environment migrations - Provide support for development and infrastructure issues surrounding reporting platforms - Prioritize the development, maintenance, and support of multiple projects simultaneously - Find creative solutions to complex reporting problems and assist with special projects and data maintenance - Analyze data and present results to technical and non-technical audiences - Effectively manage workload by prioritizing ad-hoc requests, development efforts, and analysis - Navigate cross-functional units to identify information dependencies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology - 3 to 5 years of experience - Advanced proficiency in English (International) - Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau, PHP, Alteryx, and Python - Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, and analytical skills - Commitment to quality and ability to meet deadlines Visit www.accenture.com to learn more about Accenture's global professional services and capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.,
