Job description: 1.Conduct site measurements post-booking to ensure accuracy in project execution. 2.Prepare and verify measurement sheets for BOQ and estimation. 3.Assist in wall creation and layout preparation using SketchUp for project visualization. 4.Coordinate with the site and design team for smooth execution of measurement-related tasks. 5.Maintain proper documentation of measurement records and site reports . Must have: - 2+ years of contracting experience (1 yr execution + 1 yr QS) in residential/commercial projects - Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions and foresee execution risks - Proactive and capable of prioritizing work - Extremely high level of ownership - High learning aptitude - Diploma/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture
