We're redefining oral care with a tech-enabled, consumer-first approach. Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Orthodontist to join our retail clinic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating orthodontic cases using aligners and braces and will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical consultations, orthodontic assessments, and treatment planning. Supervise and monitor aligner treatments (invisible braces) and other orthodontic appliances. Take impressions, perform IPR and attachments as needed. Manage follow-ups and clinical progress of patients. Ensure clinic hygiene, patient safety, and adherence to SOPs. Provide a smooth and professional experience to patients during each visit. Collaborate with internal teams including dental planners and customer support.
