- Own and execute master data creation, update, and governance processes across business domains.
- Liaise with business teams to collect, validate, and align master data requirements.
- Ensure adherence to global data standards, policies, and data lifecycle procedures.
- Conduct regular data audits, clean-up initiatives, and root cause analysis for data issues.
- Support ERP/MDM system migrations, upgrades, and UAT processes.

- Collaborate with IT on system integration, enhancements, and incident resolution.
- Track key MDM performance indicators and provide dashboards/reports to stakeholders.
