MDM Executive (RTR)

Role Overview: You will be part of the general accounting process in the NEC Global Shared Service centre (GSSC) for all country units. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering, administering, and cleansing master data, as well as creating/updating item codes, vendor codes, and customer codes as per business team requests and approvals. Key Responsibilities: - Must have proven experience in RTR process, preferably in a shared service environment, managing a team of executives ranging from entry to experienced individuals. - Strong attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented. - Good working knowledge of Finance processes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exposure to SAP Finance & relevant modules. - RTR process re-engineering and project management skills. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Maintenance and continued monitoring of master data to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Monitor and improve data quality by identifying duplicates, inconsistencies, and errors. - Validate data accuracy through checks and audits before finalizing entries. - Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new data management tools or modules. - Investigate and resolve data-related issues, such as incorrect entries or system errors. - Assist tower lead in publishing data reports to internal stakeholders. - Solve routine problems through precedence and referring to general guidelines. Qualification Required: - Postgraduate (B. Com / Honours) or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Master Data Management. - Graduate with 3-5 years of experience. - Must have excellent communication skills. - Location: Mumbai (Airoli) and Bangalore. - Working Hours: 8.5 hours/day (US Shift). **Please note that the company does not have any additional details mentioned in the job description.**,
