Master Data Management Solution Architect The opportunity We're looking for a Manager as a Master Data Management Solution Architect to join the Supply Chain, Finance group of EY GDS consulting Team. Skills And Attributes For Success System Implementation and Maintenance: - Understanding of MDM principles, architectures, and processes. - Design, implement, and maintain MDM systems and processes. - Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure system integration and data flow. - Manage data migration and transformation processes. - Experience with MDM platforms, such as Informatica MDM, SAP Master Data Governance, or Oracle MDM. - Should have exposure and knowledge of the pros and cons of different MDM products and be able to recommend the best fit MDM product based on client requirements. Data Governance and Strategy: - Develop and implement data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures. - Define and maintain data standards and processes. Data Quality and Integrity: - Ensure data quality and accuracy across all business systems. - Identify and resolve data-related issues and inconsistencies. - Maintain a trusted single source of accurate data. To qualify for the role, you must have Experience with designing and implementing the overall MDM architecture and interfaces, including critical data integration, data modeling, and data migration for both customer data and enterprise data. Ideally, you'll also have - Strong knowledge of product, customer master data design as per TM Forum standards. - Expertise in data handling to resolve any data issues. - Candidate should be eager to learn advanced technologies, new product updates, etc., and learn and train other team members. - Good verbal and written communication in English, Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience of interacting with customers in understanding business requirement documents and translating them into BI specifications and High- and Low-level design documents. We are seeking an experienced Informatica SaaS MDM Consultant to design, develop, and manage cloud-based Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and SaaS MDM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in master data modeling, data integration, data governance, and cloud-native MDM implementations. This role involves ensuring data quality, scalability, and compliance across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Informatica SaaS MDM solutions for managing customer, product, and entity master data. Configure MDM data models, business rules, match/merge logic, and survivorship strategies. Implement Golden Record creation, data deduplication, and hierarchy management. Develop REST APIs and real-time data synchronization for seamless integration with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Cloud Data Warehouses). Ensure data quality, profiling, standardization, and enrichment using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ/CDQ). Work with IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) for cloud-native data management. Integrate MDM with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Define and enforce data governance, data security, and compliance policies (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.). Optimize performance, scalability, and data processing workflows. Work closely with data architects, data engineers, and business teams to define MDM strategies and best practices. Provide training and support to data stewards, analysts, and business users. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in MDM, data governance, and data integration. Strong hands-on experience with Informatica SaaS MDM / Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). Expertise in match/merge, survivorship, data deduplication, and data stewardship. Proficiency in SQL, API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON, and XML. Experience with cloud-native MDM architectures and microservices-based deployments. Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, metadata management, and lineage tracking. Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools, cloud storage solutions, and real-time data processing. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments.
