As a Functional Lead, you will be responsible for various aspects of solution engineering, implementation & testing, project support & functional change management, new solution development, knowledge management, client/relationship management, people management, sales support, and brand building. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting gap analysis to analyze current and future states of the business, providing guidance in creating solutions for identified gaps, confirming technical feasibility of solutions, designing end-to-end solutions for clients, and planning for integration. You will also be required to configure systems based on requirements, carry out testing before handover to users, manage deadlines for functional deliverables, and create data migration and cutover plans. Additionally, you will support project execution involving new solutions, update knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository, maintain client relationships from start to execution, and create training courses for employee groups. Sales support activities such as understanding client requirements, providing inputs for client demos, and participating in proposal development will also be part of your role. Must-have skills for this position include expertise in MDG Material Master, MDG Data Replication & Key Mapping, MDG Data Quality & Analytics, maintaining tracking sheets, and PO management. Good-to-have skills include knowledge of MDG Solution Architecture, MDG Finance, MDG Data Load and Import, MDG Custom Objects & Solution Extensions, and others as listed.
