1. Review, improve and approve MIS reports from section heads. Planning and implementing of internal Quality Control, External Quality Control and proficiency tests with Chief of Laboratory Services / Head- Operations / Head Quality Assurance. 2. Responsible for the management and documentation of clerical, analytical, Pre-analytical error. 13. Responsible to notify the notifiable diseases to the concerned authorities. 14. Training of Staff from time to time. 15. Responsible as safety officer for maintaining safety of the work environment.
