Role & responsibilities Conduct branch audits and prepare comprehensive reports. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other applicable laws. Maintain statutory compliance at the branch in an accurate and systematic manner. Address and resolve branch-related issues promptly and efficiently. Perform surprise checks to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities or discrepancies. Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure-related issues. Conduct physical verification of the company's repossessed assets on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and accountability. Address and resolve issues related to repossessed assets, escalating unresolved matters to higher authorities for timely intervention. Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing the physical verification of seized assets. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other applicable legal requirements. Preferred candidate profile Basic Finance Knowledge Communication Skills MBA/M.Com Freshers
