Explore Potential Customers, by reaching out to, Surgeons, Hospitals, on a regular basis 10. Follow up continuously, Conduct Demonstrations, if necessary, Negotiate Close Orders. 11. Ensure Prompt after sales support, provided for all Installations 12. Liaise with the Managing Partners to ensure client Satisfaction, at all times. 13. Monitor progress and completion of all sales activities and provide regular updates on Sales and Marketing. The role involves team leadership, strategic planning, and direct engagement with surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and medical colleges. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for surgical sutures. Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate healthcare chains. Expand market share through product promotion and strategic customer engagement. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, gynecologists, orthopedic and other healthcare professionals. Organize product demonstrations, CME programs, and OT participation for awareness and adoption. Resolve customer queries and ensure post-sales support. Team Leadership Guide and motivate Medical Executives/field force to achieve sales objectives. Monitor team performance, provide training, and develop sales skills. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability. Qualifications Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Business Management.
