Our client with a rich legacy of nearly 100 years is into the business of manufacturing Gensets (Both Diesel & Gas), Auto components like Cylinder Liners, Pistons, Heads & Blocks, Crankshafts & Engines (2,3,4 & 6 Cylinder) respectively. As a part of their expansion plans, they are looking for JR. ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER Job Title : Electrical Design Engineer Job Purpose : To assist in design of Specific requirements in Gensets Electrical System and Carry quality inspection Electrical Design : Preparation of writing Harness, Control panel drawing in Auto CAD & BOM Responsibilities and Authorities: 1. Maintain Design Processes such as DMP & ECN, MRM data, QMS documentation, APQP, DFMEA 2. Preparation of Electrical BOM's for Engine & Genset 3. All Electrical Design SAP Work: Material Code creation, Part Extension, Stock Checking, Genset BOM updating. 4. Electrical component selection, i.e. Wires, Cables, MCB, Contactor, connectors, controller. 5. Genset controller unit 'GCU' selection, controller programming, CAN communication, IoT RMS 6. System Configuration 7 . Engine ECU, sensors, switches, actuators selection & validation testing 8. Battery selection & engine/Genset electronic/electrical parts validation testing 9. Support to QA, SQIP & Service team for LRCN, field failure parts RCA, WWA, 8D etc. Minimum Qualification : B.E. / Electrical Engineering Experience : Min 3 years experience in Gensets Electrical Design.
