Company setup by a group of seasoned financial professionals, bankers and chartered accountants with a common vision- Our Clients come first.& For any further details log on to mudraportfoliomanagers.com Preferred Sector: BFSI (Knowledge about Mutual Funds / Insurance Products) Salary Range: CTC 6,00,000- 8,00,000 PA + Additional benefits as per companys norms (Medi-claim, Incentives, Travel Allowance, Phone Allowance etc) I: KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: A Domestic Wealth Relationship Manager would primarily deal with individual retail & HNI customers and advise them on various financial products and services offered by the organization. # Revenue Generation: 1. Acquire, retain, and deepen portfolio to maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets through, wealth management products, real estate products, asset-related products (secured, unsecured) and any other products being offered by the organization. 2. Grow AUM and Sales revenue on a month-on-month basis. 3. Support Managers in developing and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives. 4. Increase product per customer on a regular basis within current customer base. 5. Organize and participate in all promotion activities organized at the organization. # Operational Governance. 1. Ensure all processes are followed to ensure that there are no operating losses/ Frauds. 2. Accurate and timely processing of customer instructions 3. Ensure adherence to KYC Norms. 4. Maintain standards to comply with Company Audit. # Customer Experience Management 1. Ensure effective relationship management by monitoring the movement of the customers and implement a customer retention program. 2. Minimize rejections and customer complaints to create a wow experience. 3. Hold periodic customer meets and branch promotions to generate more business. 4. Customer query handling / complaint resolution. 5. Specific initiatives taken to improve service and reduce bottlenecks and customer complaint 6. Customer visits as per laid down call frequency. II: INDICATIVE KPIs 1. %Achievement of Sales Acquisition & Revenue targets. 2. % Achievement of Book Growth targets. 3. % Achievements of Service Standards. III: COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED A Relationship Manager is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. The job also requires thorough financial and sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. The major skills and competencies required are: 1. Excellent communication Skills 2. Understanding and interest in financial products and markets 3. Ability to analyze information. 4. Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply. 5. Good sales, negotiation & influencing skills. 6. Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
