We're Hiring: 3D Animator / Rigger (Remote | Contract / Part-Time / Full-Time) Stylised Mobile Action Game · Unity · Indian Mythology Theme We're a remote-first indie studio working on a fast-paced hack-n-slash mobile title rooted in Indian mythology. We're looking for a 3D Animator / Rigger who can bring our heroes, monsters, and divine weapons to life — from rig setup to combat-ready animation . What You'll Do: Rig characters, creatures, and weapons using Maya/Blender and Unity's Animation Rigging package Animate stylized combat actions — slashes, combos, dodges, cinematic moments Set up and test animation in Unity (Mecanim, blend trees, animation events) Work closely with design/dev to ensure smooth gameplay feel Optimize rigs and animation assets for mid-range mobile performance Build tools/scripts to speed up iteration for the art team What We're Looking For: 2+ years experience animating and rigging in Unity (mobile/stylized titles preferred) Strong skills in Maya or Blender , Unity Mecanim , and FBX pipelines Understanding of combat timing, anatomy, and game-feel principles Comfortable with basic scripting (Python/C#) for tools or automation Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative remote team Nice to Have: Experience with motion capture cleanup , retargeting, or physics-based animation Passion for mythology-inspired storytelling and stylized game visuals 🎯 Interested? Location: [Remote/ Indore/ Gurugram] Type: Internship (Full-time) About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Unity Game Developer Intern to join our team. You will assist in creating, optimizing, and testing interactive gameplay features using the Unity game engine. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real projects while sharpening your programming and design skills. Responsibilities: Assist in implementing gameplay features using C# in Unity. Work with basic Unity UI elements (Canvas, Buttons, Text, Sliders, etc.). Collaborate with designers and other developers to integrate assets and features. Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles in game code. Follow and implement SOLID design patterns for maintainable and scalable code. Debug and test gameplay systems to ensure quality and performance. Requirements: Basic knowledge of Unity Editor and game object workflow. Familiarity with Unity UI system and its components. Strong understanding of OOP principles (Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction). Knowledge of SOLID design principles in C#. Basic problem-solving and debugging skills. Passion for games and eagerness to learn new technologies. Bonus Skills (Optional but Nice to Have): Experience with version control systems (Git).
