As an experienced Hyperion Planning and HFM Consultant at Estuate, you will lead the implementation of Oracle Hyperion Planning and HFM applications. Your responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and deploying customized solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting based on clients" business processes and requirements. You will also be responsible for implementing data integration solutions between various systems, managing application design, and providing assistance in developing financial reports using tools like Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View. Your role will involve gathering and documenting business requirements related to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation. Additionally, you will design and develop the solution architecture to support both Hyperion Planning and HFM, provide guidance on best practices, and customize business rules, financial models, and scripts to meet client needs. You will also lead project management for the implementation of solutions, provide leadership to a team of consultants, developers, and analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Financial Management, including expertise in Essbase, Oracle EPM, and other cloud-based tools. Your deep knowledge of financial consolidation processes, strong hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning and HFM features, and proficiency in related reporting tools will be crucial. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver excellent customer service. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus. Oracle Hyperion Planning and HFM certifications, as well as Oracle EPM certifications, are preferred. Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud products is a plus, along with proven leadership capabilities and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
