Apply SOP's to troubleshoot issues. Perform IPL/HMC operations, POR and support system maintenances. Handle system breakdowns - Emergency IPL, IPL with dump Identify & report risks to SLAs and engage stakeholders Monitor System performance, software, disk/tape utilization Professional & Technical Skills: Experience to lead Mainframe Operations & Scheduling team Expertise with tools like TWS, Control-M, CA-7, ESP, System Automation, Mainview. Knowledge of z/OS system functions, DB2, CICS, IMS, ADABAS for ability to troubleshoot/guide team to fix the issues Handle escalations and provide recommendations/updates as needed Well versed with incident lifecycle management Experience to perform people management tasks - track performance and behavior.
