You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet the project's objectives. - Oversee the development and testing of applications. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Document technical specifications and user manuals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. - Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of applications. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with asset management systems. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading and managing application development projects. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with integration technologies and APIs. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM Maximo. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
