As a Lead Maximo & Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects involving Maximo 7.6 and Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This includes overseeing solution design, development, testing, and deployment while providing technical guidance on application configuration, integration, security, and reporting. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that adhere to best practices and standards. Your key responsibilities will include leading the technical design, development, and testing aspects of Maximo 7.6 and MAS projects. You will be involved in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and upgrading Maximo environments, as well as managing security, SSL, SSO, and integration with middleware solutions such as Mulesoft, SAP PI, and REST/JSON. Additionally, you will execute data migrations and develop automation scripts using Python/Java, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions. Managing release, deployment, migration activities, designing data models, and developing reports using BIRT will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with template and solution standards. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in implementing Maximo 7.6 and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) projects. Strong knowledge of application configuration, integration, and security is essential, along with experience in WebSphere/WebLogic, Azure DevOps, and middleware integrations. Proficiency in scripting, data migration, and reporting tools is required, as well as excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
