The Opportunity: This is a ground-floor opportunity for a sales hunter with an established network. We are not looking for someone who needs training on how to knock on doors. We are looking for a performer who can generate sales from Day One by leveraging their existing relationships with distributors, retailers, and HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) clients. If you have a proven track record in FMCG food sales and a little black book of contacts in Bangalore, we want to talk to you. Role & responsibilities Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers (restaurants, hotels, catering companies, cloud kitchens, kirana chains). Secure tie-ups with modern trade outlets (Metro Cash & Carry, Reliance Retail, More, BigBasket, D-Mart, etc.). Leverage existing personal network and industry contacts to generate immediate sales orders . Negotiate pricing, margins, and credit terms with trade partners. Develop monthly sales targets and achieve revenue milestones . Work closely with production & logistics team to ensure smooth supply and repeat billing. Provide market intelligence (competitor pricing, new trends, customer needs). Preferred candidate profile Should Have Existing Network, Should bring business with Existing network and contacts (Must Have) Should able to bring business that's what we are mainly looking for...must be clear on how to bring business using experience ,knowledge or contacts..Must have the ability to bring to business Leverage Existing Network: Immediately activate your existing relationships with local distributors, kirana store owners, supermarket chains, and hotel/restaurant purchase managers to onboard them as clients. A proven, existing network of contacts in Bangalore. This includes relationships with: Local Distributors & Wholesalers Kirana Store Owners & Retail Chains Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe (HoReCa) Purchase Managers 10-30+ years proven experience in FMCG sales (spices / food products preferred). Strong existing network of distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or institutional buyers . Track record of achieving sales targets in South India. Ability to generate orders within the first 60 to 90 days .
